For the pool, villas sit in four view tiers: garden, beachfront, ocean view, and sunset and mountain view.

Who will operate Saraya?

The hotel operator has not yet been announced. Several international groups took part in a competitive selection run by Kinnara Capital, among them Banyan Tree, Outrigger, Eastin Grand, Swiss-Belhotel International and SONO Hotels & Resorts. The choice will be made public after the agreements have been signed. Revenue is meant to flow through one central account, so the operator has a single counterparty, not 154 owners.

Why is Adrian Campbell building on Lombok?

Because Bali's best coastal land is largely taken and expensive, while Lombok's coast still has land available. His reasoning is set out on the Lombok page.
